T-SHIRT — "SLÖP"

Black. Grey logo. The word "SLÖP" across the chest. Nothing else. Available in S, M, L, XL, XXL. The band does not offer XXS. VORX has described XXS as "an architectural impossibility" in the context of this garment.

T-SHIRT — "ÜNDÜSTRÏÄL SLÖP"

Black. Grey logo. The full name. Same shirt, more letters. This is the "comprehensive" option. DRECK wears this version exclusively and has described the difference between the two shirts as "the difference between a statement and an elaboration."

HOODIE — "WOUND"

Black. The word "WOUND" across the back in grey. Nothing on the front. Named for DRECK's guitar, which has been reattached with marine epoxy four times and has never been properly repaired. Wearing this hoodie does not mean you have been wounded. It means you understand that Wound is a guitar's name and a state of being and that DRECK has made no effort to separate these meanings.

THE MANIFESTO TOTE

Black canvas. Printed with a paragraph from ÄSH's 47-page manifesto On The Inadequacy of Sound (1993). Specifically: page 3. This is the last page VORX read before calling ÄSH to offer membership in the band. Pages 2–47 have never been read by any member. The tote carries the furthest-read page. This is significant to ÄSH. ÄSH will not elaborate on why.

USB DRIVE — TRANSMISSION EDITION

Contains Transmission From The Collapsed Interior in 24-bit lossless audio. Also contains a 4-minute ambient piece titled "the drive itself" that begins automatically when the drive is connected. "The drive itself" was recorded by ÄSH in 2019 and is described as "the sound of approaching." It is not on any album. It is only on the drive. VORX has said "the drive itself" is "not a bonus track — it is the act of accessing the work." Drivers requiring autoplay to be manually enabled will need to manually enable autoplay.

CRACKED CYMBAL FRAGMENT

An actual fragment of one of MAUX's cymbals, mounted on a small piece of grey-painted wood. Each piece is unique. Certificate of authenticity signed by MAUX with a thumbprint. The thumbprint is MAUX's. Whether the name signed is MAUX's is between MAUX and the certificate.

MAUX's cymbals are all cracked. This is deliberate. The cracks are considered part of the instrument's voice. A fragment of a cracked cymbal is, in this framework, a fragment of an instrument that has already decided what it sounds like. You are purchasing that decision.

Limited quantity. When they are gone, there will be more eventually. MAUX breaks cymbals consistently.

GREY CANDLE

Unscented. Grey wax. Burns for approximately 11 hours. No logo. No text. Just a grey candle. ÄSH selected the wax color. The shade of grey has a name but ÄSH has not disclosed it. DRECK described it as "the grey of an office building at dusk, in winter, in a city you don't know." DRECK was not consulted on the candle. He said this unprompted in a 2020 interview.

This item has been sold out since 2021. It is not coming back. The supplier discontinued the grey. ÄSH has not approved any alternative grey. This is not expected to change.

OIL DRUM KEYCHAIN

A 3-inch zinc miniature of MAUX's oil drum. Cast from a mold made from measurements of the actual drum. The actual drum has a name. The keychain does not. MAUX was asked whether the keychain should share the drum's name. MAUX did not answer. The keychain is unnamed.

THE BOOKLET REPRINT

The 22-page grey-on-grey liner notes booklet from The Body Is A Failed Engine, reprinted with "improved contrast" so that the text is legible. The original was printed in grey ink on grey paper as "an intentional act." This reprint makes the text readable. The band has mixed feelings about this. VORX said: "Legibility is a concession." He approved the reprint. Both things are true.

Reading it is optional. The original booklet's value was in "the effort of attempting." This reprint transfers that effort to the content itself. Whether that is a gain or a loss is "the reader's question," per VORX. Per DRECK: "It's easier to read. That's different from being easier to understand."
